Orders & Payment
• Orders website ya WhatsApp ke zariye place ho sakte hain. • Payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer. • Cash on Delivery pe ek chhoti si delivery fee lagti hai; advance payment karne par yeh fee kam ho jati hai. • Order confirm hone ke baad changes ke liye humein jald WhatsApp karein — dispatch hone se pehle tak hi update possible hai.
Delivery
• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days poore Pakistan mein. • Dispatch hone ke baad aapko WhatsApp pe update milega. • Delivery charges city aur payment method ke hisaab se lagti hain — checkout par confirm ho jayengi.
Exchange & Refund Policy
• Unworn, unwashed items 3 din ke andar exchange ke liye eligible hain, tags ke saath. • Manufacturing defect ya galat item milne par free replacement diya jayega. • Damaged delivery ka case ho to 24 hours ke andar photo ke saath report karein. • Approved refunds 5-7 business days mein process hote hain.
Cancellation Policy
• Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel ho sakta hai — WhatsApp pe jald inform karein. • Dispatch hone ke baad cancellation possible nahi, us case mein exchange policy apply hogi.
